Web Check-In
Online or web check-in should be made 24 hours in advance and not less than 90 minutes before your scheduled flight. To get your boarding pass online, visit the airline’s official website and then click on the "Check-in” option at the top of the page. Enter the details to proceed with the check-in process and print the pass once you have received it on your desktop/laptop.
Mobile Check-In
You can use the mobile app of JetBlue to get your mobile boarding pass. Go to the check-in option, fill the required details, and you will get the digital boarding pass on your registered email id.
Kiosk Check-In
Another way to print your boarding pass is by checking in for your flight at one of the kiosks at the airport. In case you have already done the check-in but haven’t printed the pass, you can do print that at the kiosk.

As per the baggage policy of JetBlue, every customer is allowed to carry one carry bag along with one personal item which can include a purse, small backpack, briefcase, laptop, etc.
Checked Baggage
Your checked baggage should not exceed 62" (157.48 cm) in overall dimensions (length + width + height) or 50 pounds (22.68 kg). Anything beyond this will be considered as oversized and overweight and will incur a fee.

63" in (160 cm) – 80 in (203.3 cm, including wheels and handles): $150 per bag

Carry-On Baggage
As per the baggage policy of JetBlue, every customer is allowed to carry one carry bag along with one personal item which can include a purse, small backpack, briefcase, laptop, etc. Carry-on bags should be stored in the overhead bin while personal items must be placed under the seat in front of you.
The size of the carry-on bags (including wheels and handles) must not exceed 22" L (55.88 cm) x 14" W (35.56 cm) x 9" H (22.86 cm) and that of the personal items must not exceed 17" L (43.2 cm) x 13" W (33 cm) x 8" H (20.32 cm).
Checked Baggage
The checked baggage fee for the first and second bag is calculated based on your fare type. You can refer to the table below:

Blue & Blue Plus
$200 per-person fee for fares $200 or more + difference in fare
$150 per-person fee for fares $150 - $199.99 + difference in fare
$100 per-person fee for fares $100 - $149.99 + difference in fare
$75 per-person fee for fares under $100 + difference in fare
Blue Flex
There is no charge for changing or canceling your reservation before the departure. You will have to pay the difference in fare only.
Cancelations within 24 Hours
To cancel your reservation at no extra cost, you will have 24 hours from the time of your original booking. This is regardless of the fare you have selected and is valid only if travel was booked seven days or more before the scheduled departure date and the entire booking must be canceled (not applicable for JetBlue Vacations reservations).
Please note that the bookings that have been changed are not eligible for a credit card refund and will incur a cancelation fee, regardless of being within 24 hours of the original booking.

Refundable Fares

If you do not change or cancel a refundable reservation before your scheduled departure, all money associated with the reservation will be placed in a JetBlue air-only credit which you can apply toward future travel for one year from the date of issuance.

Non-Refundable Fares
If you have selected non-refundable fares, you can change or cancel your reservation before the scheduled departure on jetblue.com or by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583). Certain charges may be applicable along with the difference in the airfare. The remaining balance will be placed in a JetBlue air-only credit that you can use toward future travel for one year from the date of issuance.
If you do not change or cancel a non-refundable reservation before the scheduled departure, all money associated with the reservation will be forfeited.
