• On the first page of the web check-in process, enter your departure city along with your confirmation code, e-ticket number, or Mileage Plan number.
• Select the names of travelers who need to check in, then click "Continue."
• Validate your itinerary and mention how many bags each traveler plans to check, then click "Continue."
• Print a boarding pass for each traveler.

Besides this, you can print your boarding pass at the airport by doing the check-in at the kiosks starting from 40 minutes to 4 hours before the scheduled departure time. Special Baggage

Some items come with special baggage restrictions. These items are categorized as:

1. Perishable items: These should be packed properly. Any spillage will be your responsibility. Pack raw meat and seafood should be packaged so it stays in good condition for a minimum of 48 hours without any refrigeration. Know in detail about perishable items here.

Baggage Claim

As per the 20-minute baggage guarantee by the airline, your bags will be delivered faster. If you don’t find them within 20 minutes (of your plane’s arrival at the gate) at the baggage claim counter, you will be entitled to a $25 discount for future travel with Alaska. For more details, read here.

Depending on the type of fare, you may be charged with a fee (normally $125 per person, per change, in addition to any difference in fare) to cancel your reservation.

If you purchase a new ticket, you'll be responsible for the difference in the ticket price. In case of a lower price, the airline will either offer credit towards future travel or refund the amount depending on the rules of your ticket.

Important: When traveling on a Saver fare, no changes or cancelations are allowed outside of Alaska’s 24-hour cancelation policy.

To cancel your reservation with Alaska Airlines, you need to fill in your last name along with the confirmation code or e-ticket number on this page of the website. Or log in to your account on the Alaska Airlines website to view your trip and cancel the reservation.

Reservations can be made at alaskaair.com, through one of its reservation call centers or airport locations. Customers holding immediate-purchase tickets for travel more than 24 hours from the time of purchase have the flexibility to make one change to wholly unused tickets within 24 hours of the original time of purchase at no extra cost. Any applicable increase in fare still applies.

If you prefer, you may cancel your immediate-purchase travel itinerary within 24 hours of purchase and you will be refunded for your wholly unused ticket back to the original form of payment.

If travel occurs less than 24 hours from the time of immediate ticketing, change/cancelation fees apply immediately after purchase.

Yes, Alaska Airlines tickets are refundable but with certain conditions. To cancel your ticket and receive a refund/credit to the original form of payment, your purchased reservation must meet the following criteria:

• It should have been issued at alaskaair.com, Alaska Airlines reservation call center or an Alaska ticket counter.
• It should not have a Saver fare beyond the first 24 hours after booking.
• It should not include a government fare.
• Should not be more than one year from date of original purchase, or for partially used tickets, not be more than one year from original outbound travel date.
• Should not be part of a group or vacation package booking.
• Should not involve an unaccompanied minor booked on a carrier other than Alaska Airlines.
• Should have been ticketed using US dollars as the form of currency.

In a situation where wholly unused nonrefundable tickets (including Saver fares) are canceled within 24 hours of the initial purchase, they may be refunded to the original form of payment, as long as travel commences more than 24 hours after booking.
